Nylon mesh air filters are usually made of nylon fibers and have a microporous structure that effectively traps particles in the air. The filter material can be black or white nylon net, braided by polyamide monofilament, with wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance and other characteristics, long service life. In addition, the outer frame of the filter is generally made of aluminum alloy, galvanized iron frame, or stainless steel, and the design is lightweight and easy to clean and replace

How to Clean Nylon Mesh Air Filter?
First, remove the nylon mesh filter from the equipment according to the equipment manual or operating guide. During the removal process, take care to avoid scratching the filter surface or other parts of the device.
Use a vacuum cleaner or soft brush to gently remove dust and impurities from the surface of the filter. If there is much dust, rinse with clean water or rinse with warm water (temperature does not exceed 50 °C).
If there are stubborn stains or grease on the filter, it can be cleaned with a neutral detergent. Soak the filter in water containing detergent for about 1.5 hours, then rinse it off with clean water.
After cleaning, place the filter in a cool and ventilated place to dry, avoid direct sunlight or high temperature drying, so as not to damage the nylon material. If time is tight, low temperature drying can also be used, but the temperature needs to be controlled.
Before reinstalling the filter, check it for damage or deformation. If the filter cannot be used properly, replace it with a new one.
Although nylon mesh filters have better durability and washability, in order to ensure air quality, it is recommended to replace the filter regularly. The replacement interval can be determined based on the device environment and the manufacturer's suggestions
