How to make a V Bank HEPA Filter?
1. Media Selection: Choosing fiberglass or synthetic filter media. Then check the filter media's weight, thickness, width, and so on. Cutting down a portion of the material for backup inspection
2. Pleating Process: The paper media is pleated into mini folds to maximize surface area and minimize pressure drop. The spacing between pleats is carefully controlled to optimize airflow and filtration efficiency.
3. Filter Assembly: The pleated media is then attached to a rigid core and enclosed in a durable frame.
4. Gluing And Fixing: Fill the edges of the media pack thoroughly with glue and clean up any spilled residue. The bent media pack also needs to be stabilized with a specific tool and then dried out
5. Packing: First packaged in PE bags, labeled, and placed with the factory report can be shipped to the warehouse waiting for shipping.
6. Sampling: The quality control department randomly selected a filter for a full inspection. Some products will be fully inspected

What is V bank filter?
V Bank Filter, also known as W-type HEPA Filter and Compact filter, mainly comprises filter media pack, frame, protective grille, sealing material, and connecting parts.
- Filter media pack: It mainly adopts high-efficiency materials such as glass fiber filter paper and polyester fiber filter paper, which can effectively capture small particles with a large specific surface area and good permeability.
- Protection grille: It is usually made of plastic strips in parallel grilles, cross grilles, and other structures to prevent the filter media from being displaced, damaged, or falling off by the airflow impact.
- Frame: made of ABS plastic or metal to hold the filter media pack in place and provide strength and stability to the filter.
- Connecting parts: flanges, clasps, etc., so that the V bank HEPA filter can be smoothly connected with the ventilation system or other equipment to ensure the normal flow of air into and out of the filter.

V Bank Filters Replacement Cycle
Sub-HEPA Filter (E10-E12): When the resistance exceeds the rated initial resistance of about 100Pa, or reaches 2 times the design initial resistance, it needs to be replaced. Its regular replacement cycle is half a year to 1 year. if the front-end filter performance is good, the filter under less pressure can be replaced once a year.
HEPA Filter (H13-H14): when the resistance exceeds the rated initial resistance of about 160Pa, or reaches 2 times the design initial resistance, nit needs to be considered for replacement. The general replacement cycle is 1-3 years.
V Bank HEPA Filter VS Mini Pleated HEPA Filter
Plank Mini pleated HEPA filter uses the same HEPA Filter media as V Bank HEPA Filter.
High Efficiency Filter Media Pack
Mini pleated HEPA Filter is limited by filter paper, limited thickness, up to 265mm (higher cost), and conventional 110mm.
The V Bank HEPA Filter has a conventional thickness of 295mm, and its design of eight media packs increases the windward area.
Compared with the specifications of 592*592mm, H13 Plank with a thickness of 110mm Mini Pleated HEPA Filter has a air volume of 1365m³/h.
The V Bank HEPA Filter with size 592*592*295mm has an air volume of 3165m³/h.
It can be seen that HEPA filters with the same cross-sectional area have different air volumes due to structural differences

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Q1: Can You Cut Flat Before Rolling Up On The Paint Stop Filters?
A1: Most Of The Paint Stop Filters On The Market Are Cut Flat After Rolling Up Because It Is Very Easy Operate, There Will Be A Problem That The Edge Is Not Flat. Certainly, We Can Cut Flat Before Rolling Up, Which Can Be Up To 2.6m Wide.
Q2: How Did You Pack HEPA Filter?
A2: One Unit Is Packed With PE Bag Put In 5-layer Carton. If The Customer Is Worried About The Transportation Process, We Can According To The Requirements Of The Form Of Beating Bracket + Corner Protection + Wrapping Film Packing.
Q3: Have HEPA Filter Passed The DOP/PAO Leak Test?
A3: Sure, Our HEPA Filter Is 100% Able To Pass The PAO Test. Because We Will Do An Integrity Test Of Each HEPA Filter For Efficiency And Leakage Before Shipment And Provide A Corresponding Test Report. Any Leakage Will Be Regarded As Unqualified Products And Reworked. We Are Using MPPS Scan Test For HEPA Filter Integrity Test Which According To EN 1822 Standard.
The Scanning Tracks Will Cover The Area:
Inside Filter Material, Sealant, Filter Frame, Corners, Gasket, Seal Of The Filter Mounting Assembly, The Sealant Between Filter Frame And The Gasket
Q4: How Long Does It Usually Take For Me To Receive The Goods?
A4: Depends On Whether You Want To Do Customization Your Air Filters Or Not, And Depends On The Speed Of Customs Clearance And Logistics, But We Can Guarantee To Ship Regular Air Filter In Less Than 7-10 Business Days, And We Have Customers In Singapore Who Received The Goods In Less Than 2 Weeks After We Ship Out.
Q5: What Is The Standard And Certification Of Your Products?
A5: We Implement Our Production Process In Strict Accordance With The Standards Of EN779 And EN1822.
Q6: What Is The Main Material You Are Using For HEPA Filter?
A6: We Usually Use Mircofine Glassfiber Paper, But We Also Can Do Synthetic Type Nano Paper Or PTFE Paper Type.
