High temperature glass fiber media: The main component is glass fiber, glass balls as raw materials, made by high temperature melting and other processes. Its raw material sources are relatively wide and relatively low cost, the production process is relatively mature and stable, although it also needs to consume a certain amount of energy and equipment, but the overall cost is relatively lower than high temperature synthetic fiber media.
Temperature: Synthetic Fiber Media < Fiberglass Fiber Media
High temperature synthetic fiber media: It can be used for a long time at high temperature of 220℃ without aging, and can withstand 300℃ for a short time. Long-term use in high temperature environment will not cause shrinkage, embrittlement, or softening, excellent dimensional stability.
High-temperature resistant glass fiber: The filter cotton performance is stable. It can be used at 300℃ high temperature for a long time. At about 350℃, the thermal shrinkage rate is only 0.1%. Short-term exposure to 500℃ high temperature will not have significant changes.
