Tire Factory - Waste Gas Treatment

In the tire factory production workshop, processes such as refining rubber and vulcanization continuously release a large amount of waste gas. The waste gas not only has a pungent smell of hydrogen sulfide but also contains pollutants such as high-concentration non-methane total hydrocarbons, benzene, and xylene.

First, an oil mist filter is used to effectively intercept many oil mist particles and large-particle-size impurities in the waste gas, reducing the burden of subsequent treatment. Subsequently, the activated carbon filter gives full play to its adsorption expertise and firmly adsorbs the remaining organic pollutants.
